I have written several short stories. None are published and only one has been been submitted for publishing (1 rejection and counting). I also wrote about 13,000 words of a crime novel that I have shelved for now.
When it comes to writing, I am pretty much an ABR - anything but romance. I am particularly attracted to the horror and crime genres, but I have wandered into less genre-specific areas. However, it is fair to say that I like to write about the darker side of human nature. Growing up, Stephen King was who I wanted to emulate. I won’t emulate him, but I will no doubt be influenced by him.
